How to Determine Your Brace Size

Use a fabric measuring tape and have another person measure you starting at your backbone. Go over one shoulder, under the arm, and then back to the middle of your back.

If you do not have a fabric measuring tape you can measure yourself by taking a piece of string, following the instructions above, and then comparing that length of string to a ruler.

Compare your measurement to our variants' dimensions in the Feature's section to determine which size will be the best fit for you. Please allow for a .5in (10mm) margin of error due to manual measuring of the product.

How to Wear a Posture Corrector

Begin by positioning the soft, cushioned side facing towards your back.

Pull the straps so that they are taut.

Be careful to not cinch them too tight. They should not be painful or pinching, but you may experience some discomfort as your body is not used to being in this position.

If you're still slouching despite having pulled the straps to the point of pinching, you may need to retrain your body in stages. Simply work on pulling back your shoulders gradually over time, and never force your body into a position that hurts.

This posture corrector can be worn with tank tops, but you may find it more comfortable to wear overtop of shirts with some kind of sleeve.

This item comes with two free underarm pads, so put them on if need be to make wearing it as comfortable as possible.
