Shipping Policy

Our Christmas shipping cutoff date is 12/9/22. Any purchases after this date that are intended to be given as gifts are bought with the understanding that they are not guaranteed to arrive by the 25th of December. Per our Refunds & Returns Policy, we will not refund any items due to them not arriving by Christmas if the customer did not purchase them prior to our cutoff date.

We offer free shipping and complimentary tracking for all of our products to the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. For your peace of mind, we also offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against the unfortunate event of it being lost or damaged.

How does our shipping process work?
After we receive your order, we may take up to 10 business days for processing. Packages will not be able to be tracked at this point due to us using this time to gather and prepare your item/s. Additional time may be needed to prepare your item/s if they are in high demand or during the busy holiday season.

Once your order has been sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@livingasweeterlife.com with your tracking number included. You can then visit our Tracking Page to be directed on how to view the status of your package's delivery, or following the prompts in the email instead.

You can expect your parcel to arrive within to 15-45 days. However, if we are experiencing a large volume of orders, or during the busy holiday season, your package may be a little delayed. Thank you for your patience.

If you do not receive your parcel and it turns out that you entered in your address incorrectly, we will happily resend your items to you for a reshipping fee.

Additionally, please be aware that we do not offer return shipping. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs without a refund. Feel free to read more about our Refunds and Returns here.
