We offer free shipping and complimentary tracking for all of our products to the continental United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia (see below for full list).
For your peace of mind, we also offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against the unfortunate event of it being lost or damaged.

How does our shipping process work?
For orders of our fleece tights to locations inside the continential United States, please allow 2-4 business days for us to carefully wrap up your pantyhose and send them on their way. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with a postal cutoff time of 3pm. For all other products and those ordering outside of the US, a processing time of up to 10 business days may be required. Packages will not be able to be tracked at this point due to us using this time to gather and prepare your item/s. Additional time may be needed to prepare your item/s if they are in high demand or during the busy holiday season.

Once your order has been sent out you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@livingasweeterlife.com with your tracking number included. You can then follow the prompts in the email on how to track your package, or you can scroll to the bottom of the email and click the tracking number next to the item that you want to check on. Additionally, you can visit our Tracking Page to be directed on how to view the status of your package's delivery.

Orders for our fleece tights to locations within the continential United States can expect their parcel to arrive within 3-5 business days. Want to get your product faster? We offer 2 day rush Priority Shipping upon request for an additional fee. Orders for all other products and those outside of the US can expect a delivery timeframe of 15-45 days. However, if we are experiencing a large volume of orders, or during the busy holiday season, your package may be a little delayed. Thank you for your patience.

We currently ship to: The United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and Ukraine. Not seeing your country listed? Reach out and I'll see if I can accomodate you.
If you do not receive your parcel and it turns out that you entered in your address incorrectly, we will happily resend your items to you for a reshipping fee.
