NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19: We are still shipping orders out as usual although some carriers themselves may be experiencing slight delays resulting in deliveries being longer than the usual 2-4 weeks. Average arrival time has since been extended to 15-45 days. By continuing with your purchase you agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any concerns about your item getting to you, you can use our free tracking services to check on its whereabouts. Please keep in mind that after we receive your order our warehouse will take up to 10 business days for processing. Packages will not be able to be tracked at this point due to this time being used to gather and prepare your item/s. Additional time may be needed for them to prepare your item/s if they are in high demand or during the busy holiday season.
 



Once your order has been sent out from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from support@livingasweeterlife.com with your tracking number included.


To track the delivery status of your package you can follow the prompts in the email, or follow the three easy steps below to check on it through our partnering company 17Track.

In addition, please keep in mind that order numbers don’t instantly update with available delivery status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out and is in transit. Its status should update within a few business days.


You can expect your order to arrive within 15-45 days. However, if we are experiencing a large volume of orders, or during the busy holiday season, your package may be a little delayed. Thank you for your patience.
